1. Dress must be unworn/must be in same condition how you got the dress

2. Without tags and bills no exchanges accepted

3. Only exchanges allowed (you can select any products/same product from our website in exchange of this dress)

4. Parcel opening video must needed to be exchanged

5. Allow us 7 to 10 days to process your exchange item from the date we receieved your dress

7. Return and exchanges can be done for premium products only which is product worth must be more than 100$ . No returns and exchanges under 100$ value products.
