1. Dress must be unworn/must be in same condition how you got the dress

2. Without tags and bills no exchanges accepted

3. Only exchanges allowed (you can select any products/same product from our website in exchange of this dress)

4. Parcel opening video must needed to be exchanged

5. Allow us 7 to 10 days to process your exchange item from the date we receieved your dress

6. Email us with your invoice for exchanges and get the return address (drop us an email - customersupport@deekart.ca)

7. Return and exchanges can be done for premium products only which is product worth must be more than 100$ . No returns and exchanges under 100$ value products.

8. Combo offers/offer items will not be exchanged
